When you’re defending your fish and chips from a zillion seagulls you wouldn’t think it, but one gull – our native Tarāpuka (Black-Billed Gull) – is the most threatened gull in the world. Living mainly on braided rivers in the South Island, they have their work cut out for them, ‘cos if the eggs and chicks survive the frequent floods, they have predators like cats, stoats, and rats to contend with. Grab our new Tarāpuka and 30% goes to help Forest & Bird help birds like these!

Our Tarāpuka is:

31cm high by 20cm wide (includes measurement of the spike)
Easily installed with the tap of a hammer (pre-drill hard wood)
Crafted in 3mm Corten® ‘weathering’ Steel to form a beautiful patina that changes with the seasons

It’s a great gift for any summer-loving friend
